Important Notices

Visa Card daily limits
Due to the recent increase in fraudulent VisaCard transactions throughout the world, a $3,000 daily transaction limit has been implemented on all Visa Access accounts. We have made this change to protect Unicredit and our members from the potential of large value losses. Should you need to have your daily limit temporarily increased to allow for larger purchases, please call Unicredit on (08)9389 1011 during business hours 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

External transfer processing
External payments are processed at hourly intervals, from Monday to Friday, during office hours, at which time the transaction will be listed in the account history and the balance updated.  

When viewing your account and available balances, it is important to keep in mind any external transfers you have loaded - but which are yet to be processed. Your receipt number is confirmation that the transaction will be processed with the next batch. As the receiving institutions work on a similar basis, it is wise to allow up to two working days for an external payment to be received. External Transfers that are scheduled to be processed can be viewed in the 'Future Dated Payment' section of the Transfer menu.

BPAY payments and internal transfers adjust your balances immediately after transfer confirmation.
