Important NoticesSkype issue: There is known issue with the Skype add-on to Firefox in Win XP. We are asking our members to uninstall Skype from Firefox or switch to Internet Explorer for their banking.Internet Fraud Warning : No legitimate financial organisation will send you an email asking you to click on a web page link. We NEVER need to ask for your card number, internet password or PIN in any way (by phone, email or web page link in an email). Don't let anyone know your internet password and don't type it into an email or any other web page - you should only ever use your password on the floating keypad on the internet banking login page. There is a new email circulating which pretends to be sent by the credit union offering "Special Anti-Fraud Protection" and another which claims to be from 'Verified by Visa' - they both link to a web page which asks for your internet password, If you receive an email with a web link or file attachment - it is not from Unicredit or anyone associated with us. Visa Card Daily Limits : A $3,000 daily transaction limit applies to Visa Access accounts. Should you need to have your daily limit temporarily increased to allow for larger purchases, please call Unicredit on (08) 9389 1011 during branch hours. External Transfer Processing : External payments are processed at hourly intervals, during office hours, at which time the transaction will post to the account. When viewing your account, it is important to keep in mind any external transfers you have loaded - but which are yet to be processed. Your receipt number is confirmation that the transaction will be processed with the next batch. As the receiving institutions work on a similar basis, it is wise to allow up to three working days for an external payment to be received. External Transfers that are scheduled to be processed can be viewed in the 'Future Dated Payment' section of the Transfer menu. BPAY and internal transfers adjust your balances immediately after transfer confirmation. |
