Be Prepared for Anything
Cash Passport is quite simply a card which you pre-load with your spending money before you travel. You can use Cash Passport to withdraw cash from ATMs or, if you choose the Cash Passport Debit Card, to spend money in shops, restaurants and hotels while you're away, exactly as you would use a credit card at home.
Convenience
Cash Passport couldn’t be easier to use. You don’t need to be over 18 and it’s instantly issued over the Unicredit counter with its PIN. You can use the card at over a million Visa ATMs, and for Cash Passport Debit card it can also be used at over 24 million Visa merchants and online retailers. You also have the convenience of checking your transaction history and balance, locate Visa ATMs, change your PIN and contact details online.
Reload
You also have the convenience of reloading your card via BPAY® from anywhere in the world. To reload via BPAY, simply logon to Uniteller and select pay bill.

BPAY reloads are subject to a 1% commission and a currency conversion will apply for foreign cards. Reloads will take approximately two business banking days.
Security
Cash Passport is PIN protected, and you get a free additional card to take with you which will still be active if the first card is lost or stolen. Plus we can supply a free replacement card in cases of emergency. Cash Passport is not a bank card, so unlike bank Debit cards, it’s not linked to your bank account. This means you have the confidence that if the worst case transpires and you lose both cards, a fraudster can’t access your bank account details, which include all your personal details.
Control
Cash Passport (ATM only card) is available in Euros, Sterling or US Dollars so if you are travelling to Europe, the UK or the States you can lock in your value. This means:
- No foreign exchange margin applies when using the card to withdraw cash when the local currency is the same as the card currency (e.g. using the US Dollar card in the United States)
- Certainly and control around what fees are being incurred
- Not having to work out exchange rates to know the card balance
- And Cash Passport and Cash Passport Debit are both available in Australian Dollars so if you are travelling somewhere else, or even visiting multiple destinations you can still benefit from it.

Emergency Assistance
A 24-hour multi-lingual team is only a toll-free call away to help with:
- Emergency cash – if you lose both cards, Travelex will cancel both cards and arrange for emergency funds to be sent to the nearest Western Union agent, generally within ten minutes (up to 24 hours in remote locations). There’s no charge for this (Travelex will only send the amount that was left on the card).
- Lost or stolen passport assistance – advice on nearest embassy / opening hours and advice on process for replacement. Travelex can contact friends/relatives on your behalf to help provide any documentation required.
- Emergency medical and legal assistance – location, contact numbers and opening hours of hospitals, doctors, dentists, pharmacies and lawyers.
- Emergency messaging assistance – Travelex can arrange for a message to be sent to a friend, relative or organisation by phone, fax or email.

and tested way to take your overseas spending money; if your
cheques are lost or stolen, a refund is just a phone call away.

Pty Ltd. Travelex process these transactions on your behalf. Travelex is
not responsible for delays in transmission or payment caused by circumstances
beyond its control. Travelex cannot give general assurances on the time of
receipt of funds should there be any complications arising out of the routing
of payments or in overseas banking systems.

Fees and Charges Schedule for further information.
Overseas banks may impose handling charges, particularly for payments in
currency other than that of the receiving country. These charges are the
responsibility of the beneficiary.
Stop payments, inquiries or investigations requested by the purchaser are
subject to additional fees. Inquiries are to be made at the Unicredit branch
from which the payment was initially purchased. Please retain your receipt
of transaction.
Unicredit is in no way responsible for any delays or loss incurred in respect
