Register for Uniteller

To register for Uniteller, simply download the 'Uniteller Authority' form, complete and forward to Unicredit:

  • Drop in to any Unicredit branch;
  • Post to Unicredit: PO Box 3200, Nedlands WA 6009;
  • Fax to Unicredit on 9389 8407. Please note that faxed registrations can only be accepted if there is an Email/Fax Indemnity in place for the membership.

If an application is completed or returned to a Unicredit branch, your password will be given to you by a Member Service Officer to enable you to log onto Uniteller.

Once your request for registration has been received by post or fax, you will be contacted by a Unicredit Member Service Officer during office hours (9am to 4pm WST) to receive your password to enable you to log onto Uniteller. You may be asked a series of questions in order to verify your identity for security purposes.

Email/ Fax Indemnity

Unicredit members who choose to use either email or facsimiles to instruct staff to action their account must have firstly completed a “Email/Facsimile Authority” form, which provides original signatures and a password. The form can be completed at any Unicredit branch, or download the form (click here) and post to Unicredit.

Members must then quote the password on all instructions for action on accounts. Faxed requests must also be signed.
