To register for Uniteller, simply download copy of the 'Uniteller Authority' form, complete and forward to Unicredit:
- drop in to any Unicredit branch;
- post to Unicredit: PO Box 3200, Nedlands WA 6009;
- fax to Unicredit on 9389 8407. Please note that faxed registrations can only be accepted if there is an Email/Fax Indemnity in place for the membership.
If an application is completed or returned to a Unicredit branch, your password will be given to you by a Member Service Officer to enable you to log onto Uniteller.
Once your request for registration has been received by post or fax, you will be contacted by a Unicredit Member Service Officer during office hours (9am to 4pm WST) to receive your password to enable you to log onto Uniteller. You may be asked a series of questions in order to verify your identity for security purposes.
