The Uniteller online banking service provides you with safe, secure 24 hour access to your accounts from anywhere in the world. With an easy to navigate appearance and structure, you can access your account information and perform transactions online with ease.

Uniteller functions at a glance

Check balances and view transactions

Members can easily view balances and transactions for all savings, investment and loan accounts.

  • Unicredit members can easily view account balances for all savings, transaction and loan accounts.
  • View transaction details and sort according to date or transaction type.
  • Easily print transaction or balance details.

Internal transfers

Members can set up immediate or future-dated transfers between accounts within a membership, or between nominated memberships.

  • Make an immediate or future-dated transfer within a membership or to another linked Unicredit account.
  • Simply select from a drop down list to nominate which account to transfer ‘from’.
  • Then nominate the account within the membership to receive the funds.
  • Internal transfers are free for members,
  • Members can only internally transfer between accounts within a membership, unless they have instructed Unicredit to link accounts.

External transfers

Members can electronically transfer funds to another Unicredit membership or to an account at another financial institution.

  • Members need to enter the BSB, account name, account number, reference and amount to transfer funds to another financial institution.
  • Please allow at least two working days for the funds to be received in the other account
  • Transfers can also be set for a future-date.

BPAY ®

Members can pay bills using the BPAY service.

  • BPAY is a free service for Unicredit members to pay their bills, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Simply look out for the B PAY logo and the reference number on your bill or statement.
  • Then log on to Uniteller online banking, the telephone banking service or visit any Unicredit branch to make a transfer directly from your nominated account to pay the amount due.

BPAY View

BPAY View allows a member to receive, view and pay their bills online.

  • Simply register online with Uniteller to receive online bills from the list of available billers, and receive email notification when the bill arrives.
  • Then simply click on the link to pay the bill via BPAY from your nominated account immediately or as a future-dated payment.

SMS Alerts

Keep up to date on changes to your account by registering to receive alerts via SMS.

  • Members can register to receive an SMS when one (or more) of the following events occurs:
    • External credit is received
    • Uniteller transaction is performed.
    • Balance of a nominated account falls below a specified amount.
  • A charge of 25 cents applies to each text message sent, and is charged monthly.

SMS Enquiries

Members can text Unicredit (when registered via Uniteller) to request account balances.

  • Members can text Unicredit on 0428 768 439 (when registered via Uniteller) to request account balances and transaction details.
  • A charge of 25 cents applies to each text message sent, and is charged monthly.
  • Members will also be charged by their service provider for each message (as per sending a normal text).

Change your contact details

Update your address, contact numbers and email address online with Uniteller.

  • Simply select the ‘Change Address’ or ‘Change E-mail Address’ options from the ‘Personal’ menu in Uniteller.
  • Amend the details as required and click on the ‘submit’ button.
  • Address details will be amended when processed by our customer service staff.
  • Mobile numbers for SMS functionality can be updated immediately under the “SMS Settings” page.

Download transactions

Select transactions and download details to financial management tools including Quicken, MYOB and Microsoft Money.

  • Select the ‘Download Transactions’ option from the ‘Services’ menu.
  • Select a date range, transaction type, account type and preferred format.
  • Click on the ‘submit’ button to prepare the required file and save to your computer.
  • Import this file using your financial management software.

Unicredit allows 10 free debit transactions per calendar month aggregated over all savings and equity access accounts within one membership, including withdrawals via direct debit, member chequing, EFTPOS, ATM, Bank@Post and cash withdrawals at Unicredit branches.
