How do I register for Uniteller?
You must register for Uniteller online banking with Unicredit before you are able to use the service.
There are two options to register for Uniteller:
- Visit any Unicredit branch to complete 'Uniteller Authority' form. You will be given an initial access password by the Member Service Officer to access Uniteller.
- Download a copy of the 'Uniteller
Authority' registration form from www.unicredit.com.au.
You can then return to a Unicredit branch, post or fax to Unicredit.
Please note that faxed registration forms will only be accepted
if the member has an email/fax indemnity password on the account.
Unicredit will then contact you during office hours (9am to 4pm)
with your allocated initial access password to enable you to log
in to Uniteller. You may be asked a series of questions in order
to verify your identity for security purposes.
What happens when I login for the first time?
After receiving your initial access password, simply go to the Uniteller login page and enter your member number and allocated password. You will have three days from when you receive your password to log in to Uniteller before the initial password expires. If this happens, you must register for Uniteller again.
After entering your member number and initial password, you will
then be required to accept the Terms and Conditions and asked to change
your password.
If you are a first-time user, you will need to enter the temporary password issued by Unicredit.
- Enter your member number at the login screen (do not use return/enter).
- Enter your password using the floating keypad.
- Click the Login button or press Enter to enter the secure environment.
- Click on the Terms & Conditions link to open the terms and conditions window. When you close this window back down again the tick box next to “Read Terms and Conditions” will now be ticked, so click on “Continue”
- You will then be forced to change your password in line with the password settings described on the screen.
- You will be presented with three boxes – the first is to enter the password that you used to get this far. The second and third are to re-enter your new password. It is entered twice to avoid the possibility of a typo and subsequently being locked out with an unknown password.
The password must be between six to eight characters and is case sensitive.
It must not be repeat digits, your date of birth, or your old password.
This step has been implemented to protect your security. A message will display on the screen to confirm that your password has been changed. The password change is effective immediately.
Please take your time using the floating keypad. It is designed to move randomly so that screen locations (as well as key-strokes) cannot be tracked by key-logging viruses which are potentially on your computer.
