Why can't I see the floating keypad ?
The floating keypad (or crypto keypad) is generated using Java script on your browser. If it doesn't appear then you will need to review your javascript settings and turn Active X on.
My password isn't being accepted
Your password will not work if the cookie on your browser can't function. If you a confident that you have your floating keypad password correct and you have recently altered your browser or firewall settings, then it is worth checking that your TSW security cookie is able to function on your browser. If unsure, it is best to contact Unicredit to have your password reset. You will also be locked out after 3 attempts for 30 minutes.
Why does Uniteller automatically log me out of my accounts?
As an increased security measure, Uniteller will automatically log
out members after 5 minutes of inactivity - with the
following message appearing 'Your connection has timed out or been
cancelled. Please re-enter your password'. You will then be required
to re-enter your member number and password at the login page. The five minutes is determined by calls back to the server - so it can be refreshed by calling up your account balances again. Entering details on the BPAY or transfers page doesn't refresh your time limit until you click on 'submit'. If the cookie on your computer is interrupted by your web browser or your firewall, then this will also trip this time limit and log you out. The system is designed to protect your session security as a priority and you may need to review your security settings so the system can keep in contact with the cookie it puts on your computer.
What can I do when I get a message saying "page cannot be displayed" or "you are not authorised to view this page"?
This error message may occur if the setting within the computer has been altered to not be able to access secure sites. You need to check whether you are able to access other Internet banking sites or secured sites and/or try this from home/work.
Please also check some of the computer settings recommended under
the 'Your Computer' section below.
What can I do when I get a blank screen after selecting the Uniteller link from the Unicredit page?
Many browsers default to block pop-up windows. However, this feature will prevent you from accessing Uniteller online banking using the log on button. The following steps should help you avoid this problem:
- Open your web browser.
- On the Tools menu, point to Pop Up Blocker and click Pop Up Blocker Settings.
- If you only want to see Pop Up windows from a specific address, such as Uniteller online banking, type the address into the Address of Web Site to Allow box, and then click add.
- If you would like to temporarily allow a site to display pop-ups,
click the icon that appears on your information bar when a pop-up
has been blocked and click 'Temporarily Allow Pop-ups'.
