Why does Uniteller automatically log me out of my accounts?
As an increased security measure, Uniteller will automatically log
out members after a pre-determined period of inactivity - with the
following message appearing 'Your connection has timed out or been
cancelled. Please re-enter your password'. You will then be required
to re-enter your member number and password at the login page.

Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP 2) allows you to prevent most pop up windows from appearing over pages you want to view while you're using the Internet. However, this feature will prevent you from accessing Uniteller online banking using the log on button. The following steps should help you avoid this problem:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, point to Pop Up Blocker and click Pop Up Blocker Settings.
- If you only want to see Pop Up windows from a specific address,
such as Uniteller online banking, type the address into the Address
of Web Site to Allow box, and then click add. The address for Uniteller
online banking is:
https://netteller.tsw.com.au/806036V45/ntv45.asp?wci=entry - If you would like to temporarily allow a site to display pop-ups,
click the icon that appears on your information bar when a pop-up
has been blocked and click Temporarily allow pop-ups.
