Adjusting your security settings.

You may need to adjust your security settings to the default level for your browser.

Step 1: Click on Tools and Internet Options

Step 2: Click on the Security tab

Step 3: Click on the Internet icon

Step 4: Click on the Default Level button

Step 5: Click OK

Enabling cookies.

Internet Explorer is automatically set with cookies "disabled". Cookies need to be enabled in order to access Uniteller online banking. Essentially, access to cookies is mandatory so that Unicredit can keep track of your Uniteller session.

To ensure cookies are enabled, you should follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on Tools and Internet Options


Step 2: Click on the Privacy tab

Step 3: Click on the Default level

Step 4: Click OK

Adding Uniteller as a trusted site.

If you receive the following message:

It is recommended that you follow the following steps to add Uniteller as a 'trusted site' in your browser.

If you are concerned about adjusting security settings for when you are browsing other sites, you have the option of setting Uniteller as a 'trusted site' in your browser. This will ensure that you can access Unicredit whilst still retaining the highest level of security when accessing other sites.

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on Tools then Internet Options

Step 2: Click on the Security tab and select Trusted sites

Step 3: Click on Sites then enter the URL: https://netteller.tsw.com.au

Step 4: Click on Add then repeat the process for two further URLs: https://netteller2.tsw.com.au and https://www.netteller.com.au

Step 5: Click OK

Update your encryption strength.

Uniteller online banking employs 128-bit encryption which is currently one of the highest levels of encryption available.

You can check your encryption strength by going to Help and About Internet Explorer.

Earlier versions of Internet Explorer such as 5 and below do not have high encryption included therefore you will need to upgrade your browser.

If your operating system is Windows 95 or Windows 98 you can download and install the Internet Explorer high encryption pack directly from the Microsoft site by following the instructions provided.

Alternatively, if your operating system is Windows 98 you are able to download the latest version of Internet Explorer directly from Microsoft site by following the instructions provided.

Clear your cache.

When you visit a webpage, certain graphics and links are saved in your computer's memory to ensure the page loads quickly in future. If any of this saved data is corrupt or outdated it can cause problems when trying to download a webpage. To clear these files you need to clear your browsers cached, and any temporary internet files, and then refresh your browser.

Step 1: Click on Tools and Internet Options

Step 2: Click on the Delete Files button

Step 3: Ensure the Delete All Offline Content check box is selected, then click OK

Avoid problems with your firewall.

If you have a firewall installed on your PC, it may prevent you from accessing Uniteller using the 'log on' button. To avoid this, add Uniteller to your list of 'Favourites' by following these steps:

When you wish to access Uniteller in the future, simply go to 'Favourites' and select Uniteller Online Banking.
