What services are available on Uniteller?
The Uniteller online banking service provides you with safe, secure 24 hour access to your accounts from anywhere in the world. On Uniteller, you can:
- Check your account balances, view and print a list of your transactions.
- Make transfers between Unicredit accounts or accounts at other financial institutions.
- Pay bills using BPAY.
- Receive, view and pay bills online with BPAY View.
- Register to receive account alerts via SMS.
- Register to use SMS Enquiries to request account balances and transaction details via text message.
- Download transactions for use with MS Money, Quicken or Excel.
- Change your address details and email address online.

Are there any fees and charges with using Uniteller?
There are no charges for registering or accessing Uniteller online banking. However, please refer to the current Fees and Charges Schedule for fees associated with some services:
- BPAY payments and external transfers are free and not included in your 10 free monthly debit transactions.
- Internal transfer between account within a Unicredit membership and between Unicredit memberships are counted in your 10 free monthly debit transactions but will not be charged for transactions thereafter.
- You will be charged $3 when using ‘Request a Cheque’ to produce a corporate cheque.
- A charge of 25 cents applies to each text message sent using SMS Alerts or Enquiries, and is charged monthly.
Can I bookmark the Uniteller login page?
You can bookmark or add the Uniteller login page to your favourites.
How can I change my address?
Once registered for Uniteller, you can change your address by selecting the 'Change Address' option from the 'Personal' menu. You will be able to review and make the appropriate changes to your existing address details with Unicredit. Please note that all address changes will be updated by Unicredit on the following business day.
How can I change my email address?
You can register or change your email address with Unicredit by selecting the 'Change Email Address' option from the 'Personal' menu. The changes you make are updated at the Unicredit immediately.
When the email address is updated, a confirmation email is sent to both your old and new email addresses.
Can I personalise my Uniteller settings?
You can customise the screen layout by selecting the 'Personalise Settings' option from the 'Personal' menu. You are able to edit the 'Editable Parameters' and choose the number of transactions displayed on your screen, the number of transactions to print per page, the date order of transactions, preferred working account and the preferred date selection of transactions. Simply save the parameters for the changes to take effect instantly.
How do I avoid viewing closed accounts?
Some members may have accounts within their membership that have been closed for one reason or another. If you choose not have these accounts listed with all your accounts within your membership, simply go to 'Personalise Settings' on the 'Personal' menu and uncheck the 'Include closed accounts' under the editable parameters. This change will take effect instantly.
Can I register a switch to anyone’s account?
You can only register a ‘Switch’ to another account if you have an ‘authority to operate’ on the account. To register a ‘Switch’ to another account, simply select the option from the ‘Personal’ menu and enter the membership number and password of the account you wish to switch to.
The ‘Switch is only a one-way link, and is only activated when logging into the first membership.
Can I change the mobile number, to which I receive SMS Alerts?
Yes, under the ‘SMS Settings’ option you can change the mobile number to which you receive alerts, together with various other SMS options
