SMS Alerts & Enquiries

Keep up to date with your Unicredit accounts with SMS Alerts and Enquiries.

Members can register to receive SMS Alerts when

- particular events occur on their account or request account balances by sending an SMS to Unicredit on 0428 768 439 (when registered via Uniteller).

SMS Alerts

It’s easy to keep up to date with your account transactions with SMS Alerts. Simply register for SMS Alerts through Uniteller online banking, and nominate to receive an SMS when one (or more) of the following events occur:

  • All external credits received
  • All direct debits out of your accounts
  • Uniteller transaction is performed on a specified account
  • Minimum or maximum set balance of a nominated account is exceeded

 

The information is sent automatically to your mobile phone when the transaction occurs, so you can stay informed of movements within your accounts. Through Uniteller, you can elect which SMS Alerts you wish to receive and even specify or restrict the time messages are sent. You can also update or modify your options at anytime through Uniteller.

For every SMS Alert sent by Unicredit to your mobile phone, you pay only 25 cents.

SMS Enquiries

The SMS Enquiry number - 0428 768 439

Manage your accounts whenever it suits you directly from your mobile phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To register for SMS Enquiries, firstly login to Uniteller online banking and register your mobile number under the SMS menu options. Then all you need to do is send an SMS message from your mobile phone to request your account balances and receive an immediate SMS message reply, directly to your mobile phone. See below for the SMS Enquiry options.

A charge of 25 cents applies to each text message sent, and is charged monthly. Members will also be charged by their service provider for the text messages sent to Unicredit (as per their phone contract).

To request an account balance via SMS, simply text Unicredit on 0428 768 439 with the any of the following commands:

Note there is a space between SMS command and account type, for example: BAL<SPACE>S
or BAL<SPACE><ACCOUNT NUMBER>
