Telephone Banking

Unicredit’s 24 hour telephone banking service gives you up-to-date information on your accounts from the convenience of your nearest touch-tone phone. Accessing Unicredit’s telephone banking is easy. Simply dial (08) 9389 1011 and select option 1 for the 24 hour telephone banking service.

What can you do –

  • Check account balances.
  • Check last 10 transactions on your accounts.
  • Transfer between accounts and/or Unicredit memberships*.
  • Pay bills using BPAY ® .
  • Hear interest earned in the year to date.
  • Order statements and loan applications.

 

 

The Phone Bank Menu:

        1. To hear the Account Balance again
        2. To hear the Loan and Investment Account Balance
        3. To hear the last 5 transactions on the account
        4. Transfers
        5. Order a statement 
        6. Bpay
        7. Accessing another membership
        8. Select more options

               1 for interest earned year to date on the account
               2 loan application requests
               3 change access code
               0 returns to main menu


Phone banking uses the standard keypad use to confirm and enter amounts.

*        to step back a level in the menu (or just wait)

Transfers to another membership*

It is now possible to transfer funds to any other Unicredit membership by following the prompts and using a combination of both the membership number and account number of the account to receive the funds.

  1. Dial phone banking and enter the membership number of the account you wish to transfer money from.
  2. Choose option 4 to make a transfer
  3. The next Option 2 will select a transfer to another membership
  4. Choose from the menu the account which you wish to transfer the money from.
  5. Enter the membership number you wish to receive the funds.
  6. Enter the account number within that membership that you wish to receive the funds.
  7. Enter the amount and confirm the transfer.

 

Resetting an access code: Must be between six to eight numbers, not be repeated or sequential numbers and not be the same as the membership number.


* to transfer to another Unicredit membership you will need to know both the membership and account number of the account you are transfering to.

Unicredit allows 10 free debit transactions per calendar month aggregated over all savings and equity access accounts within one membership, including withdrawals via direct debit, member chequing, EFTPOS, ATM, account transfer, Bank@Post and cash withdrawals at Unicredit branches.
