The University Credit Society Limited has a Board comprising of nine Directors, each elected for a three year term and all of whom are members of the Society.

The Board of Directors are elected by the adult membership of Unicredit and are responsible for the overall management of the Society. They delegate the daily control of Unicredit to the General Manager and Unicredit staff.

The membership is given the opportunity to participate in the voting process to elect the Board of Directors but voting is not compulsory.
