Fairer fees for all

At Unicredit, our ongoing aim is to keep fees and charges to an absolute minimum. We are constantly working to improve the products and services we provide, so 100% of our profits are reinvested in your Society.

We promise our members that our costs are always up front and we guarantee no hidden charges. Our fee structure is simple, fair and equitable, making Unicredit a safe and easy place to manage your finances.

Yours at no charge
  • 10 free debit transactions per calendar month per membership.
  • Free cash withdrawals at all branches 1.
  • Free transfers at all branches or using telephone or internet banking
  • Unlimited Free BPAY transactions 2.
  • Unlimited external transfers using Uniteller online banking 2.
  • Unrestricted Visa and MasterCard purchases and bill paying using the ‘credit’ button.

$2 Monthly account keeping fee

This fee is charged to offset Unicredit’s costs in providing and maintaining a personal account.

This fee is not payable if:

  • You maintain a minimum monthly loan and/or savings balance of $500 or more
  • You have been a Unicredit member for at least ten years
  • You are aged under 18 or over 65 years
  • You are a full time student in your first 12 months’ Unicredit membership
 
 
Fee free banking

All Unicredit members are allowed 10 free debit transactions per calendar month aggregated over all savings and equity access accounts within one membership and ownership, including withdrawals via direct debit, member chequing, EFTPOS, ATM, Bank@Post and cash withdrawals at Unicredit branches.

After the first 10 free debit transactions, all branch cash withdrawals remain free. BPAY and transfers are free and are not included in the ten free transactions.

After the first 10 free transactions, all branch cash withdrawals and electronic transfers remain free with the following fees payable per transaction:

Late Charge
$15 is charged if the Total Payment Due is not paid on or before the Payment Due Date on your monthly statement, and every 7 days thereafter until the Total Payment Due is paid.
Dishonour Fee
$25 for any cheque or Easi-pay authority which is not honoured in full.
Transaction Voucher Request Fee
$10 for each requested sales voucher or other transaction recorded.
Foreign Exchange Conversion Fees
3.4% of the transaction value when converted into $AUD.
Government Fees and Charges
All State government duties and taxes are charged to cardholder accounts.
All are calculated and appear on the monthly transaction statement at cycle date.

Unicredit can change the standard fees and charges that apply to accounts from time to time. If the variation increases your obligations, we will notify you 30 days before the changes take effect by giving you written notice.
