as a registered financial services business, holding an Australian
Financial Services Licence (AFSL Number 244168) under the Financial Services
Reform Act.
The Society views the Financial Service Reform Act as important legislation
to ensure that you are able to make informed decisions about the acquisition
of products and services provided by Unicredit.

Financial Services Guide (FSG)
The Financial Services Guild
(FSG) (339k PDF) has been prepared to inform
you of the financial services offered by the Society under its
AFS Licence, to assist you in deciding whether to use any of the
services described.
The FSG sets out:
- Who the Society is;
- The financial services the Society is authorised to provide;
- The remuneration arrangements in relation to the services
offered;
- The Society’s dispute resolution procedure.

Savings Accounts, Fixed Term Deposits and Account Access
The Information - Terms and Conditions (260kb PDF) provides you with important information that should be considered
before opening a Savings or Fixed Term Deposit Account or using a particular product or service
available from the Society.
The Information - Terms and Conditions provides information about the particular product; including the
product issuer, costs, features and benefits. A copy of the Information - Terms and Conditions will
be given to you when a recommendation about any financial product is
made or you proceed to acquire a financial product. This information
will help you decide whether to acquire the product or service from the
Society.
Fees
and Charges Schedule
The Unicredit Fees and Charges Schedule,
together with the Interest Rate Schedule,
forms part of the Terms & Conditions - Savings Accounts, Fixed Term Deposits and Account Access. Both the Fees and Charges and Interest Rate Schedules
are available for download or from any Unicredit branch.
Dispute Resolution Procedure
The Dispute Resolution Procedure outlines the
Society’s
internal dispute resolution procedure and how to request the resolution
of a dispute, in addition to the details of our external dispute
resolution scheme and how to access it. A dispute arises if you make a complaint to Unicredit about a Unicredit
product or service, and you are not satisfied with the response that
you receive.

Privacy Policy Statement
Unicredit has always been committed to and required by law to protect
your privacy. This statement (234k PDF) explains how the Commonwealth Privacy (Private Sector) Amendment
Act (2000) governs how the Society collects, uses and discloses your
personal information.
