Unicredit’s Email and Fax Policy
Unicredit members who choose to use either email or facsimiles to instruct staff to action their account must have firstly completed a “Email/Facsimile Authority” form, which provides original signatures and a password. The form can be completed at any Unicredit branch, or download the form (click here) and post to Unicredit.
Members must then quote the password on all instructions for action on accounts.
Faxed requests must also be signed.
